Dr Mac Talbot

Dr Talbot graduated in medicine from the University of Queensland in 1962 and later travelled to Melbourne to commence training as an obstetrician and gynaecologist at the Queen Victoria Medical Centre under Professor Carl Wood. He then spent two years in major teaching hospitals in the UK. During this time he worked with Dr Patrick Steptoe and Dr Bob Edwards, the British pioneers of IVF. In 1971 Dr Talbot joined Monash IVF where he has since held the positions of Chairman, Clinical Director and Clinical Manager.

Monash IVF Specialist Fertility Clinician, Dr Mac Talbot has been offering IVF services in Sale since 1991, and has introduced an additional regional service into Bairnsdale in 2002.
