Patient Satisfaction Surveys
A key component of our quality management system is to monitor the quality of our service, patient care and information using Patient Satisfaction Surveys. These surveys are distributed regularly throughout the year to patients during their treatment cycle. Feedback from surveys is used to continually enhance and improve services across all sites.
Witnessing and regulatory processes
The Monash IVF Quality Management System includes an auditing process to monitor and identify flaws in the systems before errors occur. Both the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) and the National Association of Testing Authorities - Australia (NATA) also undertake audits of all IVF related systems and assess potential risks. All departments have extensive procedures for double-checking processes that account for each step of the IVF procedure.
Patients can be reassured that through our Quality Management Systems every possible check and measure is in place to eliminate any potential errors.
