Dr Mokrzecki has been in private practice in obstetrics and gynaecology since 1999 and has admitting rights to the following Townsville Hospitals:

- Townsville Base Hospital
- Townsville Day Surgery
In July 2005, Dr Mokrzecki underwent intensive training in Assisted Reproductive Technologies under the mentorship of Professor Kovacs and is now a Monash IVF affiliate clinician in Townsville.
