Qualifications: FRANZCOG, M.B.Ch.B
Dr Sabary graduated from Baghdad University and went on to complete his internship in Baghdad. After arriving in Australia in 1999 he began working in General Medicine and Emergency before commencing a senior residency post in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Ballarat Hospital.
In 2002 Dr Sabary commenced his formal training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Queensland. He gained much clinical and theoretical experience in the field while based at Logan Hospital, Mater Hospital for Women and Rockhampton Hospital over four years.
Dr Sabary returned to Victoria to complete his final two years of training under the guidance of Associate Professor Peter Lutgen who introduced him to IVF. At this time he was based at Sandringham Hospital in Melbourne.
A particular interest in infertility and the desire to live in Geelong prompted Dr Sabary to move to the area in 2007 and he began intensive training in IVF with Professor Gab Kovacs the same year.
Dr Sabary has been a practicing clinician with Monash IVF in Geelong since February 2008 as well as providing gynaecological and obstetric care for residents of Geelong and surrounding areas.
