Dr Mark Leyden graduated from Melbourne University in 1974 and completed his Obstetrics & Gynaecology training in the UK in Essex, Manchester and Oldham (birthplace of IVF).
After returning to Australia, he continued his training in Reproductive Medicine in Adelaide before moving to Rockhampton in 1986. Mark has worked in Central Queensland for 20 years in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He discontinued Obstetrics in 2002 and now has a private practice in Gynaecology with a special interest in infertility. Mark also regularly consults in several rural/regional areas of Central Queensland, namely at: Gladstone, Biloela and Emerald.
In 2003, Mark joined Monash IVF as an affiliated Infertility Specialist.
