Accessing IVF Treatment - Overview
Before you begin treatment with Monash IVF, there are a number of important steps that need your involvement to ensure a seamless entry into the program.
Accessing IVF Treatment - Registration
Registering with Monash IVF involves the completion of a registration form
Eligibility
Your GP must be satisfied that you and your partner will be unable to concieve other than by utilisting ART treatment
Preliminary Testing
As part of the assessment for ART, you are required to undergo a number of routine investigations and procedure
Referrrals
To access our services you must be referred to one of our Fertility Specialists by a general practitioner, specialist or consultant physician.
